In December 2024, Batik Boutique was honored to participate in the Batik Lestari Fashion Show, a grand two-day celebration of Malaysia’s batik heritage. Launched by Dr. Wan Azizah, the Prime Minister’s wife, this event showcased the depth of artistry and cultural pride in batik. Organized by the Securities Commission Malaysia in collaboration with MyCreative Ventures, Batik Lestari exemplified the shared mission of preserving Malaysia's rich cultural heritage while uplifting local artisans.

A highlight of the Batik Lestari competition was the presence of our founder and CEO, Amy Blair, who served as one of the esteemed judges for this prestigious fashion event. Diana Khoo: The editor-in-chief of The Edge Malaysia, a luxury lifestyle magazine that champions elegance and innovation in fashion.
